An Item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?

 

Possible, subjected to availability. But unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will restock items that have been sold out as Aglaïa Jewellery secures parts or items from various trade sources in different locations and territories. When shopping on-site, keep a look out for indication tags that specify if the product is low on stock or is only available from us. So, do not hesitate and purchase what you fancy!

If you wish to be notified when your sold-out coveted item(s) are being restocked, just let us know through message via Contact Us and state your coveted item(s) product code(s) or name(s) using 'Restock Notification' as the subject title.

How do you determine pricing?

 

With our seamless shopping experience, customers can always be assured of getting more when they buy with us. As we bring our products to you via an online platform, we incur lower overheads and are able to share these savings with you!

Products are priced based on costs, quality, materials, retail value and market demand.

What are the additional services provided?

 

There are offline Private Viewing Services which offer an exclusive option for shopper(s) to view items offline (in real-life) at designated locations on a preferred date and time.

We also provide Repair Services for jewellery purchased with us. Please remember to bring your item(s) along for a free assessment to determine if the condition of the product is reparable, time needed to repair and the applicable charges.

All services are available for customers purchasing and making payment in Singapore only.

How do I get access to all the services?

 

The Private Viewing and Repair Service links can be found here, on the Home Page and Contact Us page. Upon clicking the link, simply select either 1-to-1 (for 1 person), Group (maximum 8 people) Showcase or Repair Service and enter your contact information, preferred date, time and designated location. A confirmation email will be sent to you with information of the Sales Consultant assigned for your appointment.

Please note there will be a S$10 charge for any cancellation or changes to appointment date, time or place if advance notice period is less that 4 hours. The charge also applies for late turn up of more than 15 minutes.
