
Delivery Information, Exchange & Refund Policies
Do you provide worldwide delivery?
We currently only deliver to Singapore. Please join our mailing list to be informed firsthand when international delivery becomes available.
What are your delivery options?
We are pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders above the total purchase cost of $50 nett. Otherwise, there will be a postage and packing fee of $5. Hence, you can enjoy our free shipping service when you spend more with us!
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. This email also indicates that your order has been received in our system and processed before it is being prepared and shipped to you.
You will also receive an email from us when your item has been shipped and you will be given a tracking number. All parcels will be mailed via Singapore Post SmartPac Service.

What is your refund policy?
We strictly do not accept refunds. In the event we accept your return item(s) and/or fail to do an exchange, we will provide a store credit based on your purchased amount (after any discounts and excluding delivery charges) under your account with 1 year validity and you will be notified in detail via email.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Our in-house atelier of skilled experts carefully examined the quality of the item(s) before delivery. However, in the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns of earrings and hair jewellery.
For defects or damage found not relating to delivery negligence in transit and/or due to wear and tear, please contact us through message via Contact Us within 10 working days from order date. Please state order or invoice number, product code and description on the condition of the product(s).
All exchange or return requests will be reviewed by Aglaïa Jewellery and we reserve all rights to approve or deny any return value. Upon approval by us for a return or a 1-for-1 exchange, returned parcel must reach us within 21 calendar days from order date and return postage fee is to be borne by the customer.
Aglaïa Jewellery reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for exchanges or returns. Returned Item(s) lost or arrived damage will not be valid and must be in original purchase condition, including original product packaging and documentation. All packaging must be intact, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item(s) purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
All returned item(s) will be reviewed by Aglaïa Jewellery. Item(s) should also match the written and/or photographic documentation of the product(s) and the conditions provided when requesting the return or exchange. Returned item(s) that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for an exchange or return and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee.
This Policy does not apply to products that have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
