What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard through PayPal. However, all payment methods mentioned are subjected to the country’s participating banks.
Additional option of cash payment is only available for Offline Private Viewing and Repair Services. Instalment plans and bank transfers are currently not available.
Do I need a PayPal Account in order to purchase items?
No. You can also opt to pay by credit/debit cards without having a paypal account.
When you are directed to the paypal payment page, you will be presented with two options:

What is a coupon? How do I use it?
A coupon is a written code that offers a specific discount, promotion or as a store credit to offset your purchases. The coupon is restricted to its terms and conditions and validity period.
Simply enter the coupon code into the 'Coupon' box upon checkout. Please check the terms and conditions and expiry date of the coupon first, before entering the code.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As we work swiftly to process and ship your order as soon as possible, we regret to inform that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. We are also unable to cancel your order once it had been placed. Therefore, do check to ensure that all is correct and to your satisfaction before placing order and making payment.
